Returns + Exchanges


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from for ANY reason, simply send an email to for a pre-paid shipping label (please note that the refund amount does not include the cost of shipping, duties or taxes). Be sure to include your order number along with the email address associated with the original order. You have 14 DAYS TO RETURN an item.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Un dry-cleaned
  • Unaltered
  • No makeup or deodorant stains
  • All tags must be attached
  • No perfume or other scents
  • No human or animal hair
  • No rips or tears
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All original packaging must be included
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $10 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund once received and approved. A refund may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

No returns are allowed on FINAL SALES items. All sales are final.


We are not able to offer exchanges.

All items returned will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

If you wish to receive the same item in another size or color if applicable, you will need to place a new order.

Items purchased from will be eligible for a full refund, as long as the item is returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the refund amount does not include cost of shipping, duties or taxes.

In some instances, we may make an exception on returns after 14 days. Please email with your request and be sure to include your order number along with the email address associated with original order.


If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit.
